1. 7. - 31. 8. 2020 PARKING IN GARAGES FOR STAYS FOR 3 AND MORE NIGHTS FREE OF CHARGE, FOR STAYS FOR 1 - 2 NIGHTS FOR 150 CZK / NIGHT (approx. 6€).
According to the law on the registration of sales, the seller is obliged to issue a receipt to the buyer. Simultaneously, they are also obliged to register online a received payment at the Tax administrator; in case of technical failure, then within 48 hours.
1.1. These General Terms and Conditions govern the reservation made through the website of EuroAgentur Hotels & Travel a.s. The company EuroAgentur Hotels & Travel a.s. operates a network of hotels under the name EA Hotels.
1.2. By accessing and browsing our website, by its use and making a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read the following terms and conditions and that you understand them and agree with them.
1.3. The company EuroAgentur Hotels & Travel a.s. is registered at the address Vaclavske namesti 41, Prague 1. All correspondence should be sent to the address EuroAgentur Hotels & Travel a.s., Na Královce 31/4, 101 00 Prague 10.
1.4. By making a reservation through the website of EuroAgentur Hotels & Travel a.s. you enter into a direct (legally binding) contractual relationship with EuroAgentur Hotels & Travel a.s. and therefore you declare that you are 18 years of age or older and that you accept responsibility for all payments that were made on your behalf or by a credit card and confirm that your information is true and correct.
1.5. All your orders will be considered as your will to buy the required accommodation and other services that are on offer of EuroAgentur Hotels & Travel a.s. EuroAgentur Hotels & Travel a.s. will not be contractually bound to provide the services you order at the offered price until your reservation is confirmed by EuroAgentur Hotels & Travel a.s. and the full payment is received for services ordered or credit card details as a guarantee of accommodation are provided.
2.1. Through the website of EuroAgentur Hotels & Travel a.s. you can create two types of reservation: Standard reservation with Free Cancellation one day before arrival and Non-refundable reservation without possibility of refunding money.
2.2. Standard reservation with free cancellations can be changed or canceled in accordance with cancellation conditions depending on the chosen date.
2.3. For reservations without a possibility of a refund you can make changes or cancellations with no refund of the price already paid for the reservation. These reservations in comparison with standard bookings are always price advantaged and the discounted price is subject to immediate prepayment by client´s credit card at the time of reservation.
3.1. When making online reservations through the website of EuroAgentur Hotels & Travel a.s. it is necessary to fill in the booking form with all required information relating to accommodation (selecting the desired hotel, date of stay, number of people, number of rooms and possibly a discount code) and then click on BOOK. Subsequently you get to a page where you can book a specific room type, based on the price and payment conditions. In the next step, you are redirected to a page where you fill in the booking form and you must enter your credit card details. Payment terms are twofold: either you choose a discounted price of a non-refundable reservation with immediate prepayment via your credit card or choose a standard reservation - payment at the hotel reception or credit card details are given only for the purpose of accommodation guarantee. After final approval and send the reservation, booking confirmation is received, which shows all the details of your reservation.
3.2. In case you choose as a method of payment immediate prepayment by credit card, so the hotel after receiving the order, charge the booking amount on the credit card provided in the reservation. If the reservation should be paid for by a credit card of 3rd party, ie. that clients who will stay at the hotel, do not carry the credit card, with which will be made the payment, please contact us by e-mail on firstname.lastname@example.org to send you a link for the secure payment gateway where payment will be made.
3.3. If payment authorization runs successfully, you will receive a confirmation email along with your booking confirmation and invoice. If you do not receive a confirmation email or if you have any questions, please contact our reservation department by email on email@example.com, tel: +420 271 090 839, fax: +420 271 750 274. Always quote the reservation number when communicating with our reservation department.
4.1. Any changes to the reservation (change of name, date of reservation, change of hotel, room type, etc.), need to do in writing through EuroAgentur Hotels & Travel a.s. by sending an e-mail with the requested change to firstname.lastname@example.org.
4.2. All the changes will be confirmed back to you, if it can be done. If the change cannot be done, you will be informed, too.
5.1. On our website we always show the average price per room / night and the total cost of the stay. In the booking form when making the reservation, the price is quoted in CZK, EUR or USD depending on your preference.
5.2. Payment by credit card can be made only in CZK.
5.3. Exchange rates are set daily by EuroAgentur Hotels & Travel a.s. and are based on the bank rates. Information about the exchange rate and the total price in CZK, which was charged to your credit / debit card is always mentioned on the invoice which you receive.
6.1. Method of payment depends on selection of the type of reservation and payment terms are always listed on the booking form.
6.2. For standard reservations with free cancellation one day before the arrival, the method of payment is directly at the hotel reception. In this case we require from customers details of their credit card including expiry date. This card is then verified by us by doing a pre-authorization for the amount of CZK 1. The pre-authorization means that the amount is blocked on your credit / debit card for a limited period of time, usually 14 days (the length depends on business conditions of your credit card issuer), this is not about charging the appropriate amount to the client´s credit card.
6.3. For non-refundable reservations the condition is an immediate prepayment by client´s credit card. The reception of the hotel will charge the amount of the reservation to the card immediately when the booking is made. The transaction is made on the hotel payment terminal.
7.1. By making a reservation you accept relevant cancellation conditions in case of no-show at the hotel or at the late cancellation of the reservation.
7.2. Any cancellations or changes to bookings must be done in writing via e-mail to email@example.com or fax to +420 271 750 274. Your cancellation or change of reservation will be confirmed back in writing. On this confirmation will be also indicated possible amount of contractual penalties, according to the applicable cancellation policies.
7.3. Standard reservations, with free cancellation 1 day prior to arrival and payment at the hotel, in case of cancellations no later than by 6 pm one day prior to arrival will not be charged any penalty. In case of cancellation after this deadline or in case of no-show, you will be charged a penalty equal to 100% of the first night.
7.4. Non-refundable reservations with immediate payment at the time of booking, in the case of changes, cancellations or no-shows, carry a penalty of 100% of the total reservation.
7.5. For reservations with spa stays with treatment in Karlovy Vary in EA Hotels Jessenius, Esplanade, Mozart, Elefant and Esplanade Apartments the following cancellation conditions are applicable:
8.1. If you have a complaint about the quality of accommodation or objections to the services provided, try to solve everything immediately on the spot with reception possibly with the hotel management and to enable them to rectify the situation quickly.
8.2. If the problem cannot be solved on the spot, send us your complaint by email on firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days from the date of your return from holiday. Your complaint will be investigated and any compensation will be designed on the basis of the applicable rules laid down by the relevant legislation.
EuroAgentur Hotels & Travel a.s. reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to regularly check the wording of these terms and conditions before each reservation and get to know its possible changes.
